Historical Overview

Established in 1368 CE (770 AH) by Sultan Sha'ban bin Husayn bin Muhammad bin Qalawun for his mother, Khawand Baraka. Features schools for Islamic jurisprudence, a sabil, trough, kuttab, and two burial domes.
