Historical Overview

Built in 1498 CE (904 AH) by Sultan al-Zahir Qansuh Abu Sa'id in his first year of rule. Often referred to as 'Qubbat al-Ghafir' and recently restored by the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities. It is completely distinct from Sultan Qansuh al-Ghuri.
