Discover the 14th-century Bahri Mamluk Mausoleum of Yunus al-Dawadar in the Northern Cemetery.
Historical Overview
Built between 1381 and 1382 CE (783-784 AH) by Amir Yunus al-Dawadar. This independent funerary dome is located in the Eastern Mamluk Cemetery and should not be confused with another dome constructed by the same patron in the Al-Hattaba area near the Citadel.
