Historical Overview
Constructed in 1444 CE (848 AH) by Amir Yahya Zayn al-Din bin Abd al-Raziq al-Zayni al-Ustadar. Registered as monument No. 182, this prominent mosque features an attached sabil and kuttab. It is one of several mosques endowed by the same patron, completely distinct from his other foundation in Bulaq (CAI-158).
