Historical Overview

Constructed in 1605 CE (1014 AH) by Muhammad bin Muhammad. This classic Ottoman charitable structure (Reg. 14) seamlessly combines a street-level public fountain (sabil) with a Quranic school (kuttab) on the upper floor.
