Historical Overview

Bayt Al-Razzaz developed into a very large residential complex with two principal courtyards and numerous rooms. Its façades face both Bab al-Wazir Street and Suq al-Silah Street. Recent conservation reporting describes the complex as extending across about 3,400 m² with more than 190 rooms.
