This policy applies to purchases made directly from TrueCost Egypt unless different terms are clearly shown at checkout.
Digital services
TrueCost Egypt provides digital products and analytical features that may begin processing or become available immediately after payment.
Refund requests
If you were charged twice, did not receive a purchased service because of a technical error on our side, or believe a transaction is incorrect, contact us with the order details so we can review it.
Services already delivered
Digital services that have been fully delivered, made available, and used may not be refundable, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
Third-party purchases
Bookings or purchases made with an external provider are governed by that provider’s refund policy, not the TrueCost Egypt refund policy.
